Price with a home inspection is $125. Without a home inspection $200 EPA recommends radon testing for your home every 2 years. We will test your home for a 48 hour test, and provide you with a detail PDF report with EPA recommendations. Radon mitigation systems will be up to the client to have installed when test results are exceeding EPA recommendations. Radon mitigation systems on average cost around $1200.00.
